4 Healthy Dieting Tips To Shed Those Pounds By Spring ! When it comes to Dieting these days you will find every kind of fad diet on the market today.From diet bars to health shakes (all filled with sugar) and the list goes on.All claiming to help shed those unwanted pounds for your healthy eating plan.Now here’s some “food for thought”.Stick with me on this…Imagine yourself, starting off slowly…Then building up gradually intoyour very own healthy eating habits…huh! This is not unrealistic and I’m going to give yousome guidelines/tips to shed those unwanted ponds by Spring!1. Drink Water…And Plenty Of It !Drinking water makes the Belly feel like it is Full ! And if you drink plenty of it, you will be full. I personally do not drink Sports Drinks/Juicesbecause they are loaded with sugar (sugar turns to fat and that’s a no-no) and this willnot fit in with your healthy eating plan.As a guideline for myself I drink around 60 ounces of water daily.2. Set Healthy Eating GuidelinesWhen it comes to eating healthy, start off slowly…this is So Important !!If you don’t your chances of failure are high!! (Please re-read that). Most Diets fail becausepeople “run out of the gate”–”jump into it with both feet”. Do You Get M y Point !!Start off Slowly with a Healthy Eating Plan!3. Eat More OftenI know, you probably heard this already but it ’s worth repeating – “Eat More Often”.Your favorite delicious Fruits and Veggies is a great place to start your healthy eating habits.We haven’t even begun to discuss the benefits of eating healthy (perhaps that’s for another article). By eating more often, but it has to be healthy eating…(no junk food) you fill yourselfup. This time your putting nutrition into your system instead of the “water” as mentionedabove where you you get no nutritional value from water except that “full feeling”. Eat moresmall healthy snacks during the day and this will keep you on your daily healthy eating plan.( p.s. try snacking on un-salted almonds when you get hungry).4. Stay ActiveAgain, The obvious…I know!But this is so True. Stay as active as you can. If it’s too cold outside walk around the house, clean,cook, do the stairs…Get creative. Do whatever you can to shed those unwanted pounds.Please…Whatever you do – don’t just sit on the couch and expect a healthy eating planalone to work… You Must Stay Active !Bill G.
