Ebay Amazon Selling Policy?

Okay, I have an idea, any issues with this, legally?

There is something on amazon that sales for 150, free shipping.
Could I sale this on ebay, for lets say 175 free shipping.
And when the person pays me on ebay, I buy it from amazon, and just enter the ebay persons shipping address, that way it is shipped from amazon?
