I live in the bay area too! Some good places for bargains on perfumes are perfumania (at malls, they have pretty good variety), marshalls, tj max, ross (not very good variety but good prices), and Ebay is a very good option. If you don’t care much for the bottle, sellers on Ebay wil sell unused bottles of tester perfumes for VERY CHEAP, which are perfumes meant to be put out for display at stores. The only difference is that the bottle might have “tester not for retail sale” printed somwhere in small writing. Ebay also has brand new sealed perfumes at good discounts too.
